The Rev. Dr. Stan Wilson has been the pastor of the Providence Baptist Church of Little Rock for seven years.  Stan is a bi-vocational minister who is also the System Director of Pastoral Care at Baptist Health in Arkansas.  Stan has been at Baptist Health Medical Center for 27 years.  He must have been a mere child when he began his service at Baptist!  Stan believes wholeheartedly in the time honored Baptist principles of Soul Competency and the Priesthood of every believer, and understands that we are all fellow strugglers on the journey of life.  Stan believes that our faith should add great significance to our lives and understands that religion sometimes devalues us.  The Providence Cyber Church is an ecumenical ministry where all peoples are welcome to dialogue about God.    Stan believes that we all have something to offer, and that no one has a corner on truth.

Stan plays the Mountain Dulcimer, sings, and is an amateur astronomer.  He is married to Dianna, a nursing school administrator.  They have two adult children, Eric and Emily, both active in Providence.
